About the event

The JAXHOPE Neurodivergent Caregiver Symposium for patients and caregivers will focus on providing useful education to patients and care givers about the diagnosis and treatment of Neurodegenerative Disorders such as Alzheimer's Disease, Parkinson’s Disease, and others.  This all day event will promote a comprehensive, multidisciplinary patient-centric care model featuring specialists in gerontology, neurology, physiatry, psychiatry, psychology, and physical, occupational, & speech therapy.  This event will promote community engagement, increase awareness, and build relationships with neurodegenerative disease stakeholders (i.e. sponsors, donors, researchers, patient, etc.) locally and regionally.
